To change the status of a request:
- Go to the “Requests” section - “Incoming requests”.
- Find the required application (use filters if necessary).
- Accept
the request into work by clicking on the “Accept” button.
- In the
process of working with the client, mark the corresponding application
status: “Deposit received”, “Showing conducted”, “Preliminary agreement
concluded”.
- To complete the request processing:
- Click “Close the deal” if it is
successfully closed;
- Click “Reject” if the work with the
application is terminated.
If your request is rejected, you can specify the reason for the rejection and add a comment if necessary. If the transaction is successfully completed, you can also leave a comment - this will help to record key details.
Changes are saved automatically and can be made available to other company employees who have access to the application.
