What is the difference between the “Agent” role and the “Administrator” role?

  An Agent is a user who manages their own profile and  personal real estate portfolio. An agent can:  

  • add, edit and delete their properties;

  • manage their profile and contact details;

  • track and process requests for their properties.

An Administrator is a company representative with extended permissions. An administrator can:

  • edit company information;

  • manage the list of employees (add, change roles and deactivate accounts);

  • manage general settings of the company account;

  • see and manage all announcements and applications of the company on the platform.
