    Instructions for connecting a channel/group

    We have prepared a simple guide for you on how to connect your group or channel to set up automatic posting of real estate properties. Please follow these steps:

    1. Login to your personal account on Realting.com: Go to the “Settings” - “Publications” section in your personal account.
    2. Personal channel settings: In the settings, find the “Personal channel settings” section and click on the specified link to connect your channel or group.
    1. Connecting via Telegram: Your link will open Telegram. Click the “Start” button to start working with the bot.
    2. Selecting a language: Select the language you plan to send messages in — Russian or English.
    3. Selecting a currency: Select the currency that will be displayed in your real estate publications.
    4. Selecting a sending type: The bot will prompt you to select where you want to send publications: to a channel or group. Select the desired option.
    5. Selecting a channel or group: Next, a list of your available channels and groups in Telegram will open. Select the group or channel for which you want to set up automatic publication.
    6. Setting up bot rights: A window for setting up bot rights will appear. Important: do not change or remove the automatically selected checkboxes. They are necessary for the correct operation of the bot.
    7. Completing the connection: Wait for a message from the bot confirming the successful connection of your channel or group.

    Congratulations! Your channel or group is now connected. If you have any questions, feel free to contact support.

    Instructions for sending publications

    Here are detailed instructions on how to send an ad to a Telegram channel or group:

    1. Connecting a channel or group: Before posting an ad, make sure your channel or group is connected. Read the previous instructions to find out how.
    2. Selecting a property: In your personal account on Realting.com, go to the “Sale”, “New buildings” or “Rent” section, depending on the type of property you want to publish.
    3. Selecting a property: Find the desired property and make sure it is in the “Active” status. Click on the Telegram icon next to the property to share.
    1. Message Preview: The message preview window will open. Here you can:
    • Select the number of photos of the property to send.
    • Select the channel or group where you want to send the publication.
    • Now (usually in 1-2 minutes).
    • Scheduled sending on the selected date and time.
    1. Sending settings: After selecting a channel/group, you will be able to view the message and select the sending time:
    1. Editing a publication: You can edit the automatically generated post if needed.
    2. Sending or scheduling a publication: Click “Send” to post immediately or “Schedule” to post in the future.
    3. Tracking posts: After sending, you will be redirected to a page where you can track the status of your publications. This section is also available via the “Your publications” button in the “Settings” - “Publications” section (see screenshot below).

    Auto-posting set up

    1. What is auto-posting? This is a feature that automatically posts new properties you upload to your connected Telegram channel.
    2. How to set up auto-posting?
    • Go to the channel editing section.
    • Find the “Auto-posting settings” block.
    • Turn on the “Auto-posting” slider.
    • Select how many images and what types of properties you want to publish.
    • Click “Save”.
    1. Done! Now new listings will be automatically published to your channel.
