Setting up a feedback form in the “News” section.

In each publication, you can add a form for receiving requests, which helps you get feedback from readers. It is displayed next to or below the news item, depending on the device.

1. Form title - A text field where you specify the name of the form. Used to explain why to submit a request.

Examples:

  • "Learn more about the promotion"

  • "Get advice"

  • "Request a presentation"

If you leave the field blank, the default title will be used.


2. Show lead capture form

A switch that turns the form on or off:

  • Check mark enabled → the form is displayed next to/below the news item.

  • Check mark disabled → the news item is published without the form.

The form should be enabled if the news item contains a promotion, offer, invitation, or any material that suggests receiving applications. The application will be reflected in your personal account, in the "Incoming Requests" section.


 Important: after filling in the news, click "Save".
 The news will be published on the selected date and time in the "Promotions, discounts, and company press releases" section, as well as on the company's page.
