- The request has not been accepted for processing - the request has been received but has not yet been processed.
- The request has been accepted for processing - the request has been confirmed and is being processed.
- A deposit has been received – the fact of receiving an advance payment has been recorded.
- A showing of the property has been held – the property has been shown to the client.
- A preliminary agreement has been concluded – the parties have reached an agreement.
- The transaction was completed successfully - the transaction was completed, the obligations were fulfilled.
- The request was rejected - the request was closed without further work.
If a request is rejected, you should indicate the reason for the rejection, as this information is important for analytics and improving the quality of applications. Possible reasons:
- Spam
- Inappropriate region
- Inappropriate language
- Buyer refused
- Other reason
