What are possible requests statuses ?

The “Requests” section provides the following requests statuses:

  • The request has not been accepted for processing - the request has been received but has not yet been processed.
  • The request has been accepted for processing - the request has been confirmed and is being processed.
    • A deposit has been received – the fact of receiving an advance payment has been recorded.
    • A showing of the property has been held – the property has been shown to the client.
    • A preliminary agreement has been concluded – the parties have reached an agreement.
  • The transaction was completed successfully - the transaction was completed, the obligations were fulfilled.
  • The request was rejected - the request was closed without further work.

If a request is rejected, you should indicate the reason for the rejection, as this information is important for analytics and improving the quality of applications. Possible reasons:

  • Spam
  • Inappropriate region
  • Inappropriate language
  • Buyer refused
  • Other reason
