Recommendations for working with requests

The success of a transaction may depend on how you deal with requests. Here are some recommendations for working with them.

1. Accept requests quickly.

2. Mark transaction steps using statuses.

Realting functionality allows you to record the stages of your work with the particular client.

This helps to:

  • track the progress;
  • improve requests moderation.

3. Use notes.

You can leave a note in the request card that will be visible only to you and the company employees. Additional recommendation: make short notes immediately after a call or message from a client.

4. Use filters and labels.

  • To search for requests faster, use filters.
  • It is also worth paying attention to the labels: “Lead Generation”, “Realting Commission”, etc. - they indicate the source of the request and the terms of the transaction.

5. Set up notifications in apps that are convenient for you and check the "Requests" section. 

6. Export request for analysis and statistics.

The "Download the report on requests" button allows you to download the requests table in Excel with full information on them.
