How to change the status of a request?

To change the status of a request:

  1. Go to the “Requests” section - “Incoming requests”.
  2. Find the required application (use filters if necessary).
  3. Accept the request into work by clicking on the “Accept” button.
  4. In the process of working with the client, mark the corresponding application status: “Deposit received”, “Showing conducted”, “Preliminary agreement concluded”.
  5. To complete the request processing:
  • Click “Complete the deal” if it is successfully closed;
  • Click “Reject” if the work with the application is terminated.

If your request is rejected, you can specify the reason for the rejection and add a comment if necessary. If the transaction is successfully completed, you can also leave a comment - this will help to record key details.
