To find out why a service is not active, check its status in the "My Services" section.
Act depending on the service status:
Moderation
the status means that the service is awaiting verification;
contact your personal manager to agree on the details and activation;
you will find the manager's contacts in your Personal Account or in the "Contacts" section;
Completed
status means that the service has expired;
extend the service for the selected period by clicking on the ‘Extend’ button;
if there is no such button in front of the completed service, contact your personal manager to coordinate details and activation;
you can find the manager's contacts in the Personal Account or in the "Contacts" section.
Pending payment
the status means that the payment has not been completed;
click the "Proceed to payment" button next to the service and complete the payment with a bank card;
after payment, return to the "My Services" section and make sure that the status has changed to "Active";
if you have problems with payment, contact the manager (contacts in the Personal Account or "Contacts").
Waiting to be debited from wallet
the status means that the payment is not completed;
make sure that there are enough Realtys on the balance (we told you how to check the balance in the article);
click "Withdraw from wallet" and confirm the payment;
after withdrawal, check the service status - it should change to "Active".
In the archive
The status means that the service was deleted by you earlier;
only completed or inactive services (under moderation or awaiting payment) are included in the archive.
