For the convenience of communicating with customers,
buttons for switching to WhatsApp and Telegram are integrated directly into the
application card.
1. Go to the "Requests" section - "Incoming Requests" subsection.
2. Double-click the “Accept” button. This will change the application status to “In progress” and activate the messenger buttons.
3. Click on the WhatsApp or Telegram icon next to
the phone number in the application card.
4. The app (or its web version) will open a chat with the customer.
